Switching Tier 2 sponsors with dependents

Post by vinoit » Tue Apr 10, 2018 10:32 pm

Hey All,
Hope you all doing good. I am really in a confused situation right now. I am in Tier 2 General visa valid until Feb 2019. I got two dependents, my wife, and son.

I got an offer from a company who willing to sponsor. I am planning to accept it(Not sure that is the best option as I am eligible for ILR in 5 months  ). Anyway, the question is do I need to reapply for all of my dependents with my new visa?

I heard there is no need. But not sure that is true. I hope you guys can help me.

Thanks in advance. :)
