Tier 2 Visa PBS Child Dependant Application

Good day. I am a Tier 2 general visa holder. I recently gave birth to my baby ( he is 4 months old now) and now want to apply for a dependant visa for him.

1. Does anybody know what documents should I prepare?
Birth Certificate, his passport? what else?
2. My husband is also my dependant, do I need to show maintenance of funds for all of us? or just for the baby and me?
3. Does a baby have to pay health surcharge?

Are you applying within the UK??

Evidence of your visa status, address proof perhaps.

My understanding is only for child.

3. Does a baby have to pay health surcharge?

1- Applicant's Passport, Two Photographs, Birth Certificate and *Bank Statement having at least £630 for last 90 days.

*(If your employer doesn't certify the maintenance requirement)

2- Assuming you and your husband have a visa already, and you are only applying for the baby, so you only have to show maintenance for the baby i.e £630 for 90 days.
