Tier 2 Dependant extension if the main applicant recently got his ILR

Hi,

I have recently got my ILR visa(from tier 2), But my wife is on the TIER 2 dependant visa.

Could somebody please let me know if I need to change my wife's visa to ILR dependant or can she stay on Tier 2 dependant.

if she can stay then how can I apply the extension for Tier 2 dependant as I am on ILR?

As I am on ILR and not working for the company that sponsored my tier 2 visa.

Read the PBS Dependent guidance notes. Not a lot required, passport, brp, cohabitation evidence, maintenance etc.

I got my ILR sorted in March and my wife is in Tier 2 dependant visa and is due to expire on November.

I have been advised that if I change my wife's visa status to ILR dependant then the clock will reset.

Could somebody please advise me documents required for Tier 2 dependant visa or should I have to change her visa status to ILR dependant?

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
