Tier 2 Dependent maintenance funds

I entered the UK in Sep 2016 as Tier 4 student and switched to Tier 2 in Dec 2017 with sponsorship. I am now applying for dependent visa for my husband and I am confused if I have to maintain £630 or £630+£945 for maintenance funds. I am only applying for my dependent. Please can anybody help?!?!

Since you already hold T2, you just need to show £630 for 90 days.
