Although i am a failed asylum seeker, my HR claim has been outstanding for 5 years. Been here 10 years.
Can you give more information about your UK immigration history please. Trying yo work out if you are "legal" in this country at the moment.
So what are the chances of my FLR(M) being approved incountry and me being granted a spouse status whilst here in UK?
Can you give some information about your fiancé please? Is he British? Or an EEA Citizen? Or if not, on what basis is he in the UK? Type of visa? How long has he been here?

A look in the dictionary shows that "extant" means :-
in existence; still existing; not destroyed or lost
-: which is clearly a good sign.

But the words you quote, is there a word missing immediately after "the additional"? If so, what?

If indeed your leave is "extant", then it looks like you could indeed submit an FLR(M) application, following the marriage.

Living rent-free? I don't see that as a problem. No reason to start paying rent.
