Naturalisation application query

Hello friends.
I am in the process of naturalisation application (paper application).
I posted the referee pages to my referee who completed his bits and posted it back to me

I have a couple of queries:

1) Is it okay for the referee pages to be completed like this and posted?
2) Those couple of pages have shrunk a wee bit and appears slightly different from the other pages of the application form in the look and feel. Should this be an issue?

Sorry if this sound silly.
I might be overthinking due to the hefty fee involved...
