Visit Visa for Parents

Dear All,

I applied for my parents visit visa on 12/02/2018 from Islamabad. Pakistan 06 months duration.

Today 22/02/2018 they received passports back with Visa MashAllah. No travel history for UK or EU before.

I kept the application very simple. As my parents retired & not dependent on me I only simply write a letter to visit visa officer. My parents are planning to come to UK to visit us and they will be staying at our house for 02 months. we have one extra bedroom available just on letter no other document provided accept copy of council tax bill.

My father provided following documents.

Pension from Govt Job Rs 01 lakh per month in his bank account from last 06 months statement.

Monthly expenses: Rs 75,000/- per moth

National Saving account : 05 million funds from last few years

property tax bill for last 02 years from CDA Islamabad on my father name.

Money available to spend when in UK . £5000/-

My Mother have no income , She only declares she is dependent on my father. however she have name on property with my brother as 50 % owner which she submits a copy.

Copy of letter from Nadra , all children of my parents . there visiting cards as working in Pakistan other then me.

My British Passport copy and wife British passport copy as well.

However I also mentioned in letter I came to UK legally via Tier 2 route and now British Citizen.

My family is also interested in applying for 6 months family visit visa to UK from Lahore.

can you plz clarify me if your parents have submitted photocopies of all their supporting documents including visa form?

moreover, if passport size photo is required to be attached as well?

Hi

Yes they submitted photocopies of documents, Visa form signed copy and Bank Statements all original.
No passport size photo is required, they will do bio metrics & photo when form is submitted online via appointment.
