Eligible for ILR

Dear experts and moderators
june 2014 got Tier 1 entre partner visa
came to UK in June 2014.
april 2017 applied as tier1 entre dependent with sponsor (husband).
my husband (sponsor) varied application tier1 entre extn to Set(LR)10years. Got ILR.
varied application from Tier1 entre dependent to FLR(FP) due to yearly income is less than 18k.
now sum of our both annual income reached 19k
Flr(FP) application is still pending, biometrics was enrolled.
now applying FLR(M) april 2018
my question is
1) if I wont get decision FLR(M) by june 2019, can i eligible ILR under 5 years Tier1 entrepreneur dependent?
2) if yes , what documents need to be provide?

1. No you cannot play for ILR based on PBS dependent visa, the rules no longer allow this since 2014. This is due to your spouse getting ILR based on long residence. Your only option is flr(m) or flr(FP). For ILR based on 5 years residence, your PBS dependent time will be lost.
