Varied Tier 1 Entre ext to ILR (LR) on 20-Feb-2018

Hi there,

I have tried to use my previous topic with this query, but I don't know how to do that so I post a new topic.

I varied my Tier1 Entrepreneur extension to ILR (LR) on 20-Feb-2018 and application monies deducted on 26-Feb-2018.

Question is : Almost 2 months I did not received biometric letter yet. how long it takes to receive the biometric letter, can you please share your experience pls?

Thanks for that. I emailed them yesterday and no response to my email yet, did you know usually how many days it takes to respond to my email.?

And I also varied my application but I did not refunded my Tier 1 Entre exte application fee yet, can you pls provide me an email address if you know, so I can asked them to refund the Tier 1 entre ext application.

I do not know how and when they will reply. Refunds will be issued automatically generally when your second application is processed
