LTR application without HSMP approval

LTR application without HSMP approval

hi,

I am forced to apply for Leave to Remain even though I have not received my HSMP approval letter. I just have the reference number. This is because my WP will become invalidated as I have already resigned my present job.

Has anyone applied for LTR without approval letter?

I am also applying for my wife and son as dependents. Since I am already in UK I think the maintainance funds required is 800+550+550. Am I correct?

In section 3 of the application part b asks - does the application currently hold and enexpired approval letter under HSMP? Not sure if I can say yes here as I dont have the letter yet. i dont see an option for cases like me.

Can some one help?
