Set(O) Application

Hi All,

I had a speeding ticket 6 years ago and i don't have any details of it like date and ref number etc.

I do remember i had to pay a fine and they took 3 points of off my Driving licence.

Today i logged into the https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk to check the details of the ticket, but it's now showing any the message is:

You have
0 current penalty points

Could anyone tell me if there is a way to find these details ?

Do i still need to declare this in my application ?

I don't know. But I think it is fine if this was just a single incident...
