PBS- Tier 2 Dependent visa online form.

Hi,
I recently got married and will be applying my wife's tier 2 dependent visa from Pakistan.
I have a list of documents that i will be attaching to support the application.
The thing thats worrying me is that will we have to attach any document to prove she can speak and understand English ? like IELTS etc.
She had a Masters degree from a local well known University and the degree was in English as well. She has no problem speaking or understanding English.

It would be great if some one could guide on whether we would need to attach a document for language for this visa category please ?

There is no proof required for English language proficiency for Tier 2 general dependent visa.

proof is not required. Will need B1 when apply ILR.

still have a slight confusion on the online form,
if my wife is in Pakistan, and will be applying from there.
I want to ask if she fill in the form using the following link, pay the IHS fee and will the system then redirect her to book an appointment at VFS ?

I have used apply4UK in the past and it asks you to fill in the form > pay IHS> book an appointment at a local vfs visa center > pay for application> print application.

The new system is a lot user friendly and I would prefer to use it but I just want to make sure the new system will let her book an appointment at local VFS visa center etc.

And lastly, can she use my bank card info to pay for IHS and visa fee ?

Will really really appreciate advise on this.
