April 2018 Cos - 46 points

My employer applied for a COS with 46 points and the application was refused because of the points cut off, now I have seen the minimum points where the COS was approved for April was also 46 points.

So is there a way I can know what is the reason of refusing the COS

All other details were correct.

My employer will apply again, but still, I want to understand the reason.
