Earliest eligibility for Tier 2 dependent extension

Hello
My current tier 2 dependent visa is expiring on 20-Aug-18. My husband has his ILR now and I’m eligible for ILR on 5 year route only on 14-Nov-18(or 28 days earlier). So I need to extend my current tier 2 visa. Can you please clarify when is the earliest I can apply to extend my tier 2 dependent visa?

You can apply whenever you meet the maintenance requirements etc. An extension will be for 3 years.
