Please Help!

Post by dee1981 » Wed Apr 23, 2008 3:51 pm

Hi All,

I have been married to an eea for 4 and the divorce has just finally gone through. The proceedings for divorce started after 3 years.

I know the requirement to obtain permanent residence is is that we must have both lived in the UK for min 1 yr.

My dilema is that i can prove 1 yr but i can't prove 3 yrs of living together and i have just been told that the HO does request it!

Please does anyone know much about this?[/u]
