Switching visa from Tier 2 ICT Long term staff to Tier 2 ICT dependent

Hi ,

I have a basic question on how to switch from a Tier 2 ICT long term staff migrant to Tier 2 ICT dependent from within the UK.
What is the overall process and the documents required.

Your Spouse will need to find a Sponsor.
The sponsor will need to complete the RLMT and issue a RCOS.
Your spouse will have to apply for entry clearance from home country with the RCOS.

Once your Spouse has obtained entry clearance and comes to UK and if your current leave is valid till then, you can apply to be a dependent from In country.
