LEGACY CASE AND MARRIAGE

Post by tsvarakadenga2008 » Wed Apr 23, 2008 11:43 am

hi
my lawyer has told me that if you are married to a british citizen there is no way your case can be a legacy case. Does anyone on this forum know this? please get back.

hie tsvarakadenga. ithink you should still be considered under the legacy cases. there is a number you can call. it is 02086041745. they will be able to confirm if your case is a legacy case or not and which case resolution team is holding your file. there will also give you the address for corespondence. also since you had an outstanding fresh asylum case i beleive your case is a legacy case. maybe i am wrong but if you phone that number they will confirm for you.

i phoned there and i was told that my case is a legacy case. i am also a failed asylum seeker from zimbabwe married to a british citizen. they even told me the address of the case resolution team dealing with my case.

its strange. i had thought that any person in your position would have their case regarded as a legacy case.
