Hi,

My extension application is pending in HO. My question is about maintenance which I am still maintaining, i need the clarification about it dip, someone told me that HO only consider the day end balance. But some people saying HO don’t consider the application if there is dip in bank statement.

Please clarify for me, beucase my statement got dip but I transfer the amount before end of day.

It should not be a problem.

I think I recall a case where it was refused on a similar ground, but then got the decision overturned in AR.

The immigration rules only says "90 consecutive days", so I interpret that it is fine if it is maintained on each day.
