Job Creation

Hi everyone,

Just confused about the type of settled worker for job creation. I have an employee whose residence permit showing

TYPE OF PERMIT: SETTLEMENT
REMARKS: INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN

I know I can claim the Job creation points for ILR worker but not for ILR dependent (If I'm right).

My question is how i can find out the person is not ILR dependent.

What is a residence permit ? Do you mean BRP ? If so, this clearly indicates he/she is a settled worker.
