Spousal permits are much easier to obtain because they dont require a labour market test, you can get one for any job and the application is free.

Your wife should emphasize the fact that spousal permits are a mere formality and that she will do most of the form filling if they wish because employers are often put off by the drama involved that is inherent to employment permits.

Thanks very much that what I need to know. One more Question in relation to this. My wife is Physiotherapist she is registered with ISCP .www.iscp.ie in Ireland. From last 4 years. She is also registered with UK. As far I know Physiotherapist can work as a private capacity. I don’t know much in this case my wife can work as self employee?

I would appriciate your help.
