Supporting documents & passport not returned

ICT Tier 2 Visa

I applied for ICT Tier 2 visa extension on 16th Jan 18, my application was successful and have received my BRP card on 23rd feb 18.

I still haven't received my original passport and all other original documents which were enclosed in the application. I have filled the application quoting that my application was successful and wanted only my original documents back.

I have called the immigration call center, but they have no clue about my passports status.
I am posted a letter to home office where i sent my passports and supporting documents, waiting for there response.


Anyone can advise me what i have to do.

hello, i am in the same situation as you were. i also got bRP and awaiting passport and documents (12 working days passed after decision, however i got my BRP two days aftr decision). i also wrote a hand written letter to the home office to send my passport back, but donot know they will reply or not.

can u please tell me how did you chase your passport and documents?

Yes.. 4 Return of documents requests, emails to Homeoffice (ROD email) by copying MP, complaint to Royal mail that documents aren't delivered, official complaint on UKVI service and recorded delivery letter to the place where we sent our visa documents!!!

We got back documents yesterday.
