Hi
i attend my British Citizenship ceremony on 09/05/2018.shall i return my permanent residence card (BRP) to Home office or no.i am non eu family member.

You should return it within 5 days after your naturalisation

Why you want to keep it? Just do as informed in your ceremony invitation letter.

If you got PR via the EU route, as appears to be the case following RoR, then no, you do not have to return as you don't lose the PR right in the same way as ILR under the UK immigration rules.

But the OP said he/she is non-EU family member. Doesn't mean his/her partner is EU member.
