Please I need help I have applied for spouse visa for my wife in 15/2/2018 and still haven’t received my original documents or anything back . Also I have supmetted a letter from my employer in uk which my personal manger done for me back in February but the problem now that my personal manger has lift the work 2 weeks ago and her email and telephone number which she wrot wrote in the letter been closed now after she lift the company so I am so worrry if the Home Office been trying to contact my employer and they couldn’t My store manger and my direct manger they don’t mind to pass their contact details to the home office but I don’t know how .

Can you not send an updated letter from your new manager with contact details ?? then call the UKVI helpline and make sure it has been received and attached to the case. I would do this, that way atleast you have notified them. If they ring your employer, they more then likely will ring you and you can also mention this over the phone to them.

It's not guaranteed they will ring, my wife's visa got approved today and I never got a call, neither did my employer.

If you call the UKVI phone number and speak to the staff there and tell them the situation, they will make a note on your file with the new info. Yes, it sucks that you have to pay to do so, but better to give them all the information available and keep them in the loop.

Thank you for your reply I will call them Monday and check. Also I remembered that I forgot to send 1 passport photograph for my wife with the supporting documents can they refuse the application because of that ?

I have sent all the supporting documents required but forgot the picture the one like the passport photo

I doubt it would make a huge difference because her digital passport is with them anyway. It may annoy them that you didnt include it.

Email them for a status update if you want, but if its not a priority application then if you can contact them after 60 workings day from biometrics.

These days they seem to be making decisions right towards the end of the 60 days time.

Can they issue a visa without a passport photograph?

They make ask for it at a later date - but i cannot she why not as they can use the digital photo taken for the bio-metrics.
