Visit visa where wife earns and husband studies

Hi guys

A different kind of question.

My sister from Pakistan would like to visit the UK with her husband.

She makes good money and has sufficient savings and her husband who is dependent on her and goes to university to study MBA, doesn’t have a bank account as he depends on my sister.

Can I ask for any insight or advice from people in similar situation? Would the HO consider him a risk - having a high earning wife and a university to finish studies at not great ties?

Would appreciate your advice and tips. Perhaps we can emphasise somehow on the application that wife and mba are great reasons for him to go back.

Oh and they are only coming during his term break for 2 weeks.
