Tier 1 dependant -- separate form?

Post by govid » Sun Apr 27, 2008 12:40 pm

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 1 and want to include my wife as my dependent.

Do I need to file a separate application for her (I note there is an application form for dependants), or simply to mention her in my (main) application?

If the answer is "no", and I don't need a separate forn for her -- does that mean that I don't need to submit all her past passports, 2 photographs etc. and simply include her latest passport with my application?

The HO website is unclear on this point.

Thanks!

DEPENDANTS
Each dependant must complete a separate PBS Dependants form. Any
dependant applications that are submitted at the same time as this
form will be considered free of charge unless it is for a child over 18
years of age. Please Note - Dependant applications that are submitted
at a later date and/or dependants that are over the age of 18 years,
will incur a charge and will not be considered without payment of the
appropriate fee. (£395)

Form is available at http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... tsform.pdf

Also mention her name in the main application dependents section.
