Dear everyone here,
I hope someone can help us and will give us positive hope about our PR.
Here is our story.
Online application for 1 EEA national 1 EEA child and NON EEA as a family member
Application submitted together
Applications submitted: 08/05/2017 (filled in online and sent through via post office)
Money taken: 08/05/2017
Documents sent: 08/05/2017
Documents received: 09/05/2017
Email confirmation with case ID received: 10/05/2017 (EEA) and 10/05/2017 (NON EEA)
Biometric done for non EEA : 13/07/2017 dated (10/07/2017)
CoA for non EEA applicant received 21/07/2017 - dated 16/07/2017
Application status updated on 21/09/2017:Decided (dated 19/09/2017)
Remember they have given it to us 2 case ID,S
but they have decided my wife case.
19 September last month which is couple of days ago.
But my case ID was not recognised and today home office called me up and said they want us to attend the interview together and they have emailed me and they specified my case ID on that email too.
My question is what we need to prepare?
How we need to do it?
Can we take our son too in home office?
What kind of questions we need to prepare?
Any help from this forum would be very helpful please guys.
Thanks

If you are a genuine couple and have a child together, then i believe you have no need to worry.

Thanks for your reply obie,
We are a genuine couple and we don't have anything hidden from home office which we need to be worried.
The child we have its from my wife previous relationship.
We don't have any child together apart from this we are 100% genion and we need to know what we need to prepare as we don't want to give any loophole to the home office for refusing our application.
Also we did provide almost everything from last 5 years and they still want us to attend the interview.
Please help us to prepare for this interview guys.

Any one here to shadow there experience about interview. ..
That would be very helpful. ..
As we almost have every single thing to prove our relationship. ...
But we are still worried as someone told us if interview goes wrong they will detain you ?
Is that correct?
Thanks

You could search the forum with keywords "interview" that should help you get a clear idea of what others experience were and what to expect.
I have been to interview and it went quite smoothly considering my case was kind of complex. They will be asking you question about your relationship, your wedding and your knowledge of each other...
GOD BLESS!!!
