Delay in BRP

My wife's visa was approved in India on 16 jan. We arrived here a week after that, I am on a dependent visa. My brp arrived in a weeks time. Its nearly a month and my wife's brp has not yet arrived in post office, her 30 days vignette is expiring this week. We are really worried. Anyone else in similar sitiation.

What did the Post Office say?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

They have not received it yet. I filled an online form on gov site, and every week i get same reply that they are waiting for her national insurance number, check again after 10 days.

I know its slightly dated, but how long did it take eventually. I am going through the same situation.
