ADR _ article 8 compassionate grounds

Hi All,

There is a lot of posts about compassionate grounds but this is something that can't be proven at all. It seems it is all on judge s discretion.

Can you please tell how can one prove that there are compassionate grounds when one believe that they are?

Any advise on what evidences should be submitted for such situation or an example scenario will be very helpful
