Old cancelled passport misplaced.. Impact on renewal

Hi all

My wife has misplaced her old cancelled original passport but has a photocopy.

The old passport had her tier 2 ICT dependent visa which had expired.

Her tier 2 general visa as a primary applicant (with first stamp of entry into UK on her tier 2 general visa) is in her current active passport.

Will her original old cancelled passport need to be submitted for tier 2 general visa renewal (and in future for ILR)

No it would not be required. Keep the photocopy you have safe and ensure you make a complaint for the record.
