Spouse Visa from outside of UK- Some Questions

My friend is applying his wife visa from outside of the UK
British Citizen

Where he should send Appendix 2 ?

Should he send to Sheffield or his wife should submit with her passport ?

Is he doing correct procedure if he does like

He will send the following documents to Sheffield.

Application Form (online Printed)
His own copy of passport
Tenancy Agreement
Payslips and bank statement (for financial Req- £18600)
Appendix 2

His wife will submit the following documents from outside of the UK

Passport
TB Test Certificate
English Certificate
Marriage Certificate
Marriage Photos

Is he missing anything?

it depends where you're applying from, should be confirmed with local VAC(visa application centre). some VAC offer scanning facilities.

Should he send to Sheffield or his wife should submit with her passport ?
again depends on VAC

Is he doing correct procedure if he does like

Application Form (online Printed)
His own copy of passport this has to be a verified copy
Tenancy Agreement + consent letter from landlord and a property inspection report from local council or an estates agent
Payslips and bank statement (for financial Req- £18600) + employment confirmation letter and contract of employment and should be within 28 days of application.This all has to be stamped from HR department
Appendix 2

His wife will submit the following documents from outside of the UK

Passport
TB Test Certificate should be from proved IOM centre
English Certificate should be from UKVI approved centre i.e IELTS Life skills A1 certificate
Marriage Certificate
Marriage Photos + Holidays picture/any other pictures
Any money transfer evidence
Any call, WhatsApp, Facebook, FaceTime, Viber etc history
Any travel itinerary(flights tickets,hotel bookings)

Is he missing anything?
