PR HELP

Hi everyone, Obie, Vinny and other Gurus, I need your advice as to when or the earliest time I can apply for PR when my RC was issued on 24th December, 2014.

Useful to state more information if you expect strangers on an internet forum to offer any advice.

What is your relationship to your EU sponsor?

Is your EU sponsor a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole time that you have held a RC?

What is your full UK immigration history?

My EU sponsor is my wife and she is a qualified person by being in full time employment since 2012. We also have a daughter together. My RC started on 24/12/2014.

Hi Obie, we started living together in March 2012 and got married in June 2012. We had our daughter in December 2012 as well.

Provided your spouse has been a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole time, you could have applied for PR in June last year, 5 years from date of marriage.

Thanks very much CR001 for your input. But our marriage was proxy; does that affect anything in regards to PR application?
