hello everybody my question is i and my wife planning to live seperate we have one son too 5 year old we already lived together 5 yers in uk together my pr will be due in 2020 because before she have gaps in employment so thing if we live seperate and my wife will continue to exercise treaty would it make any effect on my pr because if they ask proof of adress for both of us second thing she want to claim some benifit bcoz child is there but will continue working 25 hours a week we already have proof address together more than 5 years will they ask any from seperation or they only ask my wife payalip or p60 because home office can easily notice in application that we live seperate from that much time by checking my payslip and wife payslip becoz of differnt adress on payslip can they make any issue on it will be thankful for your feedback
