Applying ILR on T1 Ent in a week - few questions please

hi guys, thank you for your response.

both company name and PAYE ref are missing from the first page.

here is the response from my payroll accountant: "These are generated from the software I use, there is no way I can amended these PDF reports." He uses Brightpay. What should i do? Does it make sense to just print the front page to such submissions and mention PAYE/ company name there?

Additional quick one on the jobs i am presenting:

I have 2 part time workers working each month dec 17 - may 18 to make up 6months of full time equivalent employment. Is that ok that they might have different job titles to be combined, or do they have to have same job title to be combined?

I remember this was an issue in past posts re. name of job titles when combining jobs.

He could or you could copy all the data into Word and just add the company name and PAYE reference right on top of the page, but not sure if it's worth the hassle since some of the reports already show this data.

I think you can combine with a job with a different title.

That should be one approach and should be fine.

7. Life in the UK pass certificate
8. Test certificate copy
9. English language – original award degree certificate from the UK Uni.
10. Three months recent bank statements personal current account
11. Three months recent Payslips
12. Recent passport size photo x2
13. Signed application form
14. Police reg. certificate

Employment creation documents – originals and copy

Jobs number 1, 2
a. Name and surname
b. Dates of employment
c. Passport copy signed x2
d. Current app report each person put?
e. Payslips all signed x2 copies
f. FPS PAYE
g. P60
h. P45 for those who have left
k. Change of hourly rate, surname changes
l. P11 for employees

Job creation letter key points:
- Clearly indicate job combinations
- Print the form from the paper form and fill in job creation again and attach as additional (online form does not allow to indicate combinations)

Dates outside the UK letter - does not fit in online application
- Mention can submit proof

Business documents mandatory: originals and copy
- CAR May 2018 all pages with recent filings and directors - is one copy enough?
- CT41G original letter 2013
- Recent HMRC letter on tax payment
- Business bank statement 1 month recent (or do we need 3 months?)

Business documents additional:
- VAT Certificate and recent payment
- PAYE registration letter and recent payments
- Office rental license and invoice
- Recent CH submission on micro entity
- Letter from accountant on job creation – do I need?

Business Marketing supporting documents:
- Copy of email exchange with company client
- Recent invoice for services
- Printout of marketing materials (website, brochure)
