FLR (LR) dependent Visa and Work Restrictions

Hi,

I have been legally living here in the UK for more than 10 years on a student visa, and recently got FLR (LR) visa for two years with work restrictions. The biometric card mentions:

Type of Permit: Leave to Remain
Remarks: Restricted Work
Work 20HRS max in Term Time

I can switch to ILR (LR) but wanted to bring my wife here on the basis of my current visa if possible. Because I cannot fulfill the financial requirements on the basis of ILR.
Now I have 3 questions.

Am I allowed to work if I am not studying? If yes, can I work full time?
If I want my wife to apply for a dependent visa back in my home country, what form she needs to fill in?
How much money should I show in a Bank statement?
