T2G -> ILR: Eligibility Date question

Hi Guys,

I would like to get clarification for my ILR elgibility date, please see my dates below.

I am on Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff from April-2011 to April 2014, which do not count for ILR.

In June 2013, I applied for Tier 2 General from a different employer and got 3 years Tier 2 General visa from 27 June 2013 to 22 September 2016, and then extension on 08 September 2016, valid till 26 June 2019.

However, I have joined the new employer on 30 September 2013, till 02 September 2013 I am with my previous employer and travelled back to India (on 22 Aug 2013) to complete the resignation process. I travelled back to the UK on 29 September 2013 and joined the new employer.

Based on the information provided above, could some one please let me know my eligibility date for applying ILR? Is it 28 days before 29 September 2018?
