re-entry to UK with a BRP

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone could help me with a query I have: my husband (a non-EEA citizen) is about to fly back home for a week and I would like to know if he can re-enter in the UK just with his BRP or he will need something else ( maybe from his employer to show that he is currently working) to show that he is been leaving and working here for over a year?
