INIS email switched off?

Has anyone received an email response from INIS citizenship in the last week or so? I have sent 2 (fairly brief) emails in that time, each time without reply.

In both cases I did not receive a confirmation email containing their commitment to reply (I checked my spam and junk folders to make doubly sure).

Are INIS now refusing to reply to email queries, or is it just me that’s on their blacklist?

I sent them an email. Didn’t get the notification from them. Couple of days later I sent them another and got reply on the same day. Though didn’t get notification even for 2nd email.
