5 Year ILR from Entrepreneur route

i am in the process of gathering docs and putting everything in one folder . i have couple of questions if you can assist please.

-shall i include last two year FPS or shall i send FPS for only after extension granted say for last 13 months ? i have read in one thread HO requested one person for last 2 year FPS ? correct me if i am wrong ?

-my wife was with me throughout this entrepreneur Visa, she is applying with me but my son who was born in UK i am not applying for him at the moment. i remember in initial and extension visa i enclosed my marriage certificate with translation as well .shall i enclosed again or it is and was extra document , no need for it?

-finally i have seen some people got ILR recently without enclosing bank letter or statement , also i did not see on Apendix A as well any clause on this ILR stage. i have also noticed some senior members like zimba also mentioned somewhere its not required . could you please say a bit more why its still so important and we have to send it .

You only need to send in the FPS for the Jobs you are claiming.

There is no requirement for that but up to you.

i was wondering do i need to sign all copies of payslips and RTI FPS by me ? if Yes than my sign will be enough or my company other director (who already got ILR LR) need to sign as well in each copy.

There is no requirement for a signature

My wife just done with B1 today and they issued her provisional certificate and advised her to wait for a week to get original certificate by post.
Can we apply with this provisional certificate ? Main thing is the ref number on it to fill in the form .

When my 5 year less 28 days are completed? Can i apply on 14 April 2018 or 15 April 2018.

Can someone please guide me on this ?

-Does CT 600 fulfil the requirement for corporation tax document HO ask for.
-also my barclay bank letter says name of both directors (one alreadg got ILR 10 year), how long we been banking with them , and they confirm we are holding business acc with them in their letter head with Manager stamp on it .

Was that enough to cover these two points. I am so confused now .

The regustered directors of company is Mr ..... and Mr .........""

Sign and stamped by Business Manager



And all barclays business contact detail available in case of any question on letter head .

The letter needs to say you are a signatory to the account.

Yes we told this to bank and they confirm that they follow same template . Also they confirmed that Registered Directors of account means you both are signatory .

Furthermore same letter was provided at time of extension . Do you think this could be crucial ? Or i can send them bank statement now ?

Have you send original business bank statement with your application? if not its not too late you can still submit the documents before HO make decision.

I would say yes

In extension I have submitted FPS copies later, as soon i learned from this forum that HO is refusing for RTI FPS.

No harm to submit now before its too late. As you know HO may have tick form and if they don't see the bank statement just refuse for silly reason.

when did you send your application ?

I have seen here HO normally give decision in this category with in 3 and 3.5 months time.

I sent it on 15 May . Did biometric on 24 May .

I spoke with bank and they confirmed You are Registered director and reg directors of account are signatory anyways . I dont know about it much but my extension time my bank letter was almost same with leas info infact .
