Time limit to collect the OCI card - Urgent

Hi there,

Can someone help me understand the time limit after you have been granted the OCI online . I am in the last procedure where you go to VFS and submit the passport and what happens next . My flight is on Monday and my mum is not well. Will it come to me before Monday the 18th?

Here is what happened with my case

File submitted - 27th April
Date Of Acknowledgment 01-MAY-2018
Documents Printing Status PROCESSED -On-07-JUN-2018
Dispatched From MEA (OCI )=NEW DELHI-On=07-JUN-2018
Document received At=LONDON On=07-JUN-2018
Passport submitted - 8th June
Waiting ...

How long did it take for you to get your passport and OCI card back

Please advise!

Usually received with 7 calendar days. Call VFS and explain to see if they can expedite.
