Tier 2 visa renewal query

Hi,

I have applied and submitted by post my tier 2 visa renewal on 7th June and Home Office have signed that they received it on the 8th. My visa is expiring on 19th June.

1. How long does the visa renewal take?
2. Will there be any issues if I still have not received my visa after it expires on the 19th?
3. Will this cause any issues with my ILR in th future?
