Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Question Regarding VCF

Hi All,

I have noticed that regarding Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension questions here i could not see the questions regarding VCF. Now I have gone through my interview successfully and have received approval letter. So to benefit you all here are the questions I was asked regarding VCF:

1. When and How did you apply for VCF?
2. Did you meet them in person?
3. When did you meet them?
4. Did you sign agreement with them?
5. who was present at the time of agreement?
6. What were the terms of agreement?
7. What is the (Interest on the 50000 that you have to pay?
8. who hold Shares in the company?
9. Have you made any repayments?
10. How were funds transferred to you?
11. How much you have repaid till now?
12. How was the money used and was it invested fully in the business?
13. Can you provide details of the investments?
14. Do you make decision in the company yourself or the company which has provided VCF to you also take part in decision making?
15. what is the benefit to them by investing 50000 in your business?
