Dependant EC from Dubai

Hi,

I got the entry clearance visa for HSMP last month (April). Now I want to do the processing for my wife and kid. They are currently residing in Dubai and would like to do this processing from Dubai.

Could any of you please let me know whether they are can apply from Dubai for the dependent EC visa for HSMP.

Hi,

As far as I know if they have valid Residence permit/Employment visa of Dubai then they can apply from Dubai.

Should they need to show the bank deposit in Dubai or can they show my bank deposit what i have in India.

I got my HSMP EC processed before the change HSMP (before the Tier 1).
The dependant visa for my wife and kid would be applied now (post 1st apr), would it be processed against the Tier 1 rule or will it get processed as part of the previous processing rules.
