ILR CASH saving requirement

Post by Adii123 » Mon Jun 18, 2018 11:18 pm

Hi, my ILR is due in August . I've seen on this forums £34600 cash saving require for ILR VISA. I spoke to 2 different solicitors both said I need to show £62500 not £34600. Can anyone recommend authentic way where I can check how much I need to show cash saving?
Also want to know motoring conviction fixed penalty ( driving without insurance) affect on ILR application.

Is this saving requirement for SET(M) or SET(O)?

For T1ET, do I need to show cash savings or a salary above £37K is enough?

1. Do I need to give proof of my cash saving to home office as it's in my account from last 1 year and I deposit cash in difrent transactions long time ago.
2. Do I also need to show my self employement income which is £12000 ? Or it make case worker confuse.
3. I am getting child tax credit and working tax credit . Does it affect on ILR OR NOT.
