No Acknowledgement/Biometric Letter

Hi All,

I have applied for my wife visa Flr(m) 2nd extension but have not received any acknowledgement/biometric letter till today.

Date Posted: 23/05/2018
Received by HO: 24/05/2018
Fees Deducted: 29/05/2018

i have called UKVI today but they said it takes 4-6 weeks for biometirc letter, just wondering if anyone got the same issue like me. Is there any email where i can contact?
