Anyone know the current status of the Stamp 0 immigration category for non-EEA nationals wishing to live in Ireland? Is INIS applying the changed criteria laid out in early 2015 or the proposed criteria announced in late 2016?

I am not sure what policy review Minister F is referring to that has "recently been completed" other than the one from the Fall of 2016 but perhaps there is still time for Stamp 0 hopefuls to be heard on this issue before we are burdened with a policy that does not work for many of us.
