Conplex Issue Letter

i applied for ilr 10 years on 27th february through post, and getting emails from home office every month h, today i recived a letter saying my application is complex and it can not be decided in 6 months, wondering how long it takes after that letter and is it and automated letter or not, because it has the case worker name address and sign
