Coul you confirm to me whether Age Declaration is acceptable for age confirmation in the case of under 28 years application.

You don't have a birth certificate? Or passport that shows your date of birth?

My friend cannot locate her birth certificate.

Can she make photocopy of her International Passport/her Drivers license?

yes a photocopy of passport is just fine. She might prefer to use a notarized copy..
