My wife Biometric Residence Permit lost in pakistan and I am applying Replacement Biometric Residence Permit. What document do i need to submit with that application ?
Can you please help for those questions ?

1 ) How much do you spend each month in GBP(£) on living costs ?

2 ) How much of your total monthly income in GBP(£) is given to family members and other dependents ?

3 ) What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£)?

4 ) The total amount of money you have for this trip

5 ) The cost of the aeroplane, boat or train tickets

6 ) The cost of your accommodation The cost of your accommodation

7 ) The cost of your living expenses

8 ) Is someone other than you paying for all or a part of your trip?

I choose Option Partner , there is no option of Husband.

10 ) How much will they be paying towards your trip (in GBP £)?

11 ) How much will they be paying towards your trip (in GBP £)?

12 ) Please explain why they are paying towards the cost of your trip?

Is your wife still in Pakistan??

If yes, she can only apply to replace the BRP card once she returns to the UK.

What form are you applying on that you are asking about?? This sounds like a visitor visa!!

Yes she is in Pakistan .
I am applying using online https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/User/Home

I create application with this below options.

Reason for Visit - 'Other'
Visa Type - 'Others'
Visa Sub-Type 'Replacement Biometric Residence Permit'

and they ask me those question .
Can you please guide me which application i used and what document required with this application.. ?

I don't have access to the online drop options for the 3 categories, so cannot comment.

if you fill information and select country Pakistan.

Then it shows all option it takes bit time to populate those opton.
