Hello,

I am on work permit dependant visa for 5years (2007- 2012).I made my entry to UK in sep'07. Now i am expecting a baby in nov'08. currently i came to india and planning to have my delivery in india itself and my period of stay would me around 12months to 18months in india. can any one let me know whether this long period of stay in india has any impact on my visa. after 1 year gap can i still go to UK with out any immigration problems. ofcourse immigration clearence for my baby will be done before leaving to UK

You have a five year visa. You are allowed to enter and exit UK as many times as you wish. I can't see any problem in immigration on your return after 12 or 18 months. I hope it helps.
