Email - we require additional information.

Anyone had experiences with an email from UKVI stating the following:

"The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information."

I sent the information to them the very next business day, and have not heard anything back. At the 5 business day mark following that initial email, I used the paid email service to find out if they had received my additional information and if it was sufficient for making a decision.

I only got back a generic email saying that my application is awaiting decision.

I was told 15 day was the expected timeframe and now I'm on 17 days. Just not sure how much longer that additional information requirement will add to the processing of my case.

If anyone has any experiences it would be helpful.
